Stourbourne Consultancy Ltd was established in March 2007. The Managing Director, Chris Sparks is a former Detective Chief Superintendent with Kent Police. He has extensive experience as a Senior Investigating Officer and played a key role in the development of the National Intelligence Model. More recently he has worked within Information Services developing, procuring and implementing new Information Systems.

Stourbourne Consultancy Ltd has a number of customers who are developing Information Systems for the law enforcement market. It has access to an extensive network of law enforcement expertise throughout the UK Policing sector and its European neighbours.

Although a new company it has already made a significant contribution to the development of a product able to consolidate ANPR with Intelligent holdings. For the first time new avenues of investigation are available to front line officers. Making sense of terabytes of ANPR data is no longer the sole domain of the analyst, Intelligence is the lifeblood of Peacekeeping and Information Technology is its heart.

Stourbourne Consultancy Ltd values Public Safety and its aim is to provide services to law enforcement which allows agencies to make the most of the information assets it already has.
